![]() ![]() ![]() It's a UNIX program, but someone was kind enough to compile up a Windows version (the link is a little hidden at the top of the page, here's the current version as of this message. ![]() To follow up a bit in case someone else needs it, I found and ended up using an open-source command-line utility called (surprisingly enough) Normalize.
